Professional Experience
Advocate and Notary Emanuel Trach brings over 15 years of dedicated legal practice (since 2011) and a wealth of knowledge gained from 24 years of experience within Israel’s law enforcement and legal systems.
His professional journey began in the Military Police (Magav/Metzach), where he advanced from a criminal and traffic accident investigator to a Senior Investigator in the Central Unit for Special Investigations. Adv. Trach later served as a Legal Advisor within the Security Division of the Shin Bet (ISA), a role that provided him with unparalleled expertise in security clearance, national security protocols, and administrative law.
Today, Adv. Trach specializes in Criminal, Administrative, and Civil law. In the realm of real estate, he provides a comprehensive suite of notary services, guiding clients through residential and commercial transactions. He holds unique expertise in sensitive fields such as firearms licensing (including overturning license revocations), security clearance procedures, and professional suitability assessments for the Israel Police and the Prison Service (SHABAS). Furthermore, he provides legal counsel to Ministry of Defense (MoD) suppliers and represents defense exporters before the Defense Export Control Agency (DECA).

Service in the Prime Minister’s Office (2005–2013)
Following his military service and the completion of rigorous background checks, Emanuel Trach served in senior positions within the Prime Minister’s Office of Israel. During his 8-year tenure, he integrated operational, intelligence, and legal responsibilities, holding key positions:
